Dr. Vish Ratnasuriya MBE
OHP GP Partner and Board Chair. Vish is often on the national stage, and is a Primary Care advisor to NHS England, often leading the narrative on the future of Primary Care. Other roles include:

Dr. Niti Pall
30+ years driving innovation in primary care and healthcare financing for organisations such as Axa, Bupa, IDF, KPMG, NHS. Niti advised 2 prime ministers and managed one of the first extended primary care contracts in the country. Breakthrough work on multimorbidity, chronic disease management, financing innovation and group consultations in primary care. Niti is also a non executive director at the Birmingham Women’s and Children’s Hospital as well as sitting as an independent board member of Shropshire Integrated Care Board.

Omar Daniel
Former entrepreneur. Co-founded and scaled a startup into 25% of UK GP Practices in 18 months, saving each doctor 40mins per day and led to the creation of a £45m national budget. Non-exec board member at South West London ICB. Venture Scout at several healthtech VC funds.

Jaivir Pall
Serial entrepreneur and Healthtech investor leading a EUR50m VC fund. Former GP Practice Manager. A multi-talented investor across sectors and asset classes (startup, fund, fixed income and listed equities) and commercial leader, with a background in investment banking, sales and operations. Has advised diverse organisations on type 1 diabetes including EMA, FDA, IDF Europe, pharma and NGOs.

Sophia-Bi Raja
Award-winning chartered strategic manager with 15+ years of Primary Care experience. Managing Partner of an 11,000 patient practice in inner-city Birmingham and PCN manager of a 60,000 PCN. Leadership roles with the Local Medical Committee and Integrated Care Board.

Dr Fraser Hewett
Clinical
GP Partner and PCN Clinical Director. Board lead for the Clinical Services Development Group and the Research Group within OHP. Roles include university collaborations and population health.

Josie Jones
Leads operations, safety, compliance, governance, technology and contracting across the central unit of Our Health Partnership. Josie also has roles at Birmingham and Solihull ICB.
